Description

The INGCO PTWT215002 is a socket-fusion welder for plastic water pipes. It heats the pipe end and the fitting together on a pair of heated sockets, then the two are pushed together and fuse into one solid, leak-free joint — the standard way of joining PP-R plumbing.

What it is good for

Hot and cold water plumbing in PP-R, PB, PE and PE-RT pipe, 20–63 mm diameter
New installations and repairs in homes, buildings and workshops
Plumbers and installers who need clean, permanent pipe joints

Good practice

PP-R is normally fused at about 260 °C — set the temperature and let the heater reach it before starting
Cut the pipe square and clean, heat pipe and fitting at the same time, then join straight without twisting
Follow the pipe manufacturer's heating and cooling times for each diameter
