Shipping and payment
Where we deliver
We deliver to every Syrian governorate.
We work with established courier companies, and we may add or change couriers to improve coverage, speed, and cost. The courier available for your order, its cost, and its estimated time are shown at checkout before you confirm.
Two delivery options
1. Collect from a branch
Your parcel travels to the courier's nearest branch and you collect it there. This is usually the cheaper option.
2. Door-to-door
A courier brings the parcel to the address you give. The door-to-door charge is added on top of the branch-to-branch cost and normally depends on distance.
Both options are not always available together; what is actually available for your address is shown at checkout.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated in front of you at checkout, based on the weight and size of the order and the delivery option you choose. No charge appears after you confirm: the amount you see at confirmation is what you pay.
Delivery time
Normally one to three working days from the moment the parcel is handed to the courier, varying by governorate, distance from the nearest branch, and road conditions.
The time shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed appointment.
We call you to confirm the order and the address before shipping, and again before delivery — so please check that your phone number is correct.
Payment methods
The available payment methods, and the instructions for each, are shown at checkout. We review and add to them from time to time, so checkout is always the correct reference.
What does not change: no bank card number passes through this site, and we store no card details.
Returns
Returns are free within the conditions set out in our return policy.
