If you change your mind

You can return the product provided it is unused and in its complete original condition, inside its sealed packaging.

An accepted return is entirely free, with no return or restocking fees charged.

How your refund is paid

The refund is paid through the Sham Cash application, including for orders paid in cash on delivery.

After we receive and inspect the product, we return the purchase price and the related delivery charges, without deducting a transfer fee, within a maximum of three working days.

Faulty products, or products not as described

Please contact us to arrange the return and inspection.

Use of the product

A product that works correctly cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind about it after using it, and damage resulting from misuse is not covered by this policy.

Operational guarantee

The operational guarantee covers the product working correctly on first testing only, and carries no commitment to provide long-term maintenance services.

Every seller on the platform is bound by this single policy, and Emar Syria handles return requests and settles disputes.

How to submit a return request

You can message us on WhatsApp or call us directly on +963 959 266 987, giving us your order number and the reason for the return. We will arrange collection of the shipment through the courier.
